Withdrawn 5 ml for a 250 mg dose or 2.5 ml for 125 mg dose of vancomycin. 3. Further dilute the dose to 30 ml with water or cherry syrup before administering to the patient. 4. Note vancomycin is stable for greater than 7 days at room temperature. |
