Non formulary, automatic substitution with paroxetine

Paxil CR and paroxetine immediate release are equally effective and tolerable;
generic paroxetine will be autosubstituted for Paxil CR at the equivalent dose
(80% of the Paxil CR Dose).

Each dose of paroxetine substituted for Paxil or Paxil CR will result in
average savings of 25%.
